Irana Gray
Principal Solicitor
Irana Gray is the Principal Solicitor and founder of Clarity Lawyers & Associates. She established Clarity Lawyers and Associates in 2021 and has continued to lead the firm with a commitment to providing practical, straightforward legal advice and ensuring clients understand both the legal process and the options available to them.
Irana was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court in 2017. She holds a Master’s degree in Family Law and is a Graduate Fellow of the College of Law. Irana specialises in family law, with her postgraduate qualifications and experience reflecting her commitment to developing a strong understanding of this complex and highly personal area of practice.
Originally from the United Kingdom, Irana has called Australia home since 2002. Prior to her legal career, she served in the British Army and also spent many years living in Germany. She speaks German and brings a broad range of life experience to her practice, which contributes to her practical and down-to-earth approach with clients.
As a mother of two, Irana understands that family law matters are rarely just legal problems. They can affect a person’s children, home, finances, relationships and future. She takes a personal approach to each matter, recognising that every client’s circumstances, priorities and concerns are different.
Irana understands that legal matters often arise during some of the most difficult and stressful periods in a person’s life and places particular importance on ensuring her clients feel informed and supported throughout the process. Her approach is centred on clear communication, realistic and practical advice, and strong representation. She works closely with her clients to help them understand their options, navigate the legal process and make informed decisions about the way forward.
